Home Equity Lines of credit (HELOC) available from $10,000 - $100,000 with a minimum of $10,000 initial draw. HELOCs are available up to 90% LTV (loan to value) based on appraised value. Rates determined by credit history, LTV and HELOC rates are tied to the Wall Street Journal’s Prime Rate and can change quarterly. Appraisals are required for all mortgage loans. Fixed Rate Home Equity loans are available from $10,000 - $100,000 up to 100% LTV based on appraised value. Contact your tax adviser for further information regarding the deductibility of interest and charges. Membership eligibility is required. Subject to approval and underwriting.
