COVID-19 Information

How are we doing? We want to be sure that we are doing everything we can to support our members during this unprecedented time. Take this survey and let us know how we are doing!
Did you know?  Our loan, membership and new account applications can be completed and submitted online without physically visiting a branch.  Our no-touch services can save you a trip to the drive-thru or the lobby, check them out below.

Current Operation Status: 
05/18 - While we continue to encourage members to use our digital and minimal contact options, we have reopened our branch lobbies by appointment only.
  • Please bring as few people as possible to your appointment
  • Members are encouraged to wear protective gear but may be asked to temporarily remove face masks for identification. We can provide, if needed
  • Hand sanitizer is available and we encourage everyone to use it
  • For your health and safety, a designated branch agent will disinfect all common areas in between appointments
04/14 - Our Plaza Branch has reopened. It is operating as drive-thru only, like the rest of the branches. 
04/10 - Beginning Monday, April 13, our lobbies will close. Drive-thrus will continue operating with expanded services. If you’re unsure if your transaction can be accommodated at the drive thru, please give us a call.
Our branch at NSF Dahlgren is currently closed. All other branches are operating as appointment only for in-branch services. If you would like to schedule an appointment please call 540-663-2181. As a reminder, our drive-thrus will continue to operate as normal and our digital services offer a great low-touch option for your banking needs.

  • Early Certificate Withdrawals: If you would like to make withdrawals from a share certificate without penalty please fill out and send this email. 
  • Mortgage Loans: Assistance is being provided for members with mortgage loans serviced by the Credit Union Mortgage Association (CUMA). Please contact CUMA's Loan Servicing representatives at 800-231-8855.
  • Loan Extensions: We have a special extension program available if you are impacted by COVID-19
Fraud Notice:  Recent reports have identified that fraudsters are taking advantage of the current situation. These fraudsters are gaining your personally identifiable information various ways, some of which include apps that track the spread of the virus, websites and apps that sell medical items of need like face masks, and emails and phone calls asking for donations to medical-related charities, confirmation of account info, and more. We urge you to stay cautious and vigilant during this vulnerable time. As a reminder, we will never ask you to provide your personal information via an unsolicited email, phone call, or text message. We have compiled some resources and reports to help you better understand the scope of these scams.

Our King George, Fredericksburg, and Massaponax branches all have drive thrus open Monday - Friday 9 am - 6 pm and Saturday 9 am - 12 pm.
