BILL PAY & PRESENTMENT!
Bill Payment and Presentment offers you not only the ability to pay all of your bills from one simple-to-use site, but also provides you with the convenience of receiving, viewing and managing your bills right on shareNet. It's the easy and secure 24/7 access to your bill pay information. With Bill Payment and Presentment, you can:
- See a running total of your pending payments
- Arrange email alerts for bill arrivals, due dates, and upcoming payments
- Schedule automatic recurring payment rules for each payee
- Run payment reports and create custom reports
- Use multiple funding accounts to pay your bills
- And much more!
Many members like the ability to update the address for their payees. With Bill Pay and Presentment, you have flexibility to do this. We have a relationship with many payees where we are provided the address for forwarding payments. If you register a payee who has such a relationship, we will default the address to the one we have been provided by that payee. In this instance, you will not be able to update the address. For any other addresses, though, you will be able to make updates as needed.
You have the option to select the NSWC FCU checking account that you would like to use to fund your bills. By selecting the "Add Funding Account" option at the top of any Bill Pay screen, you can register other NSWC FCU checking accounts to use for paying bills. While one account will always be the default account (and you can designate this), each time you add payments, you will have the option of selecting the funding account that you wish to use. Only NSWC Federal Credit Union checking accounts may be used. You will need to have our routing transit code (251480398) and the MICR number from the bottom of your checks available when registering additional funding accounts.
